Sinopsis : Baik-baik sayang adalah sebuah film yang diadaptasi dari lagu berjudul “baik-baik sayang” karya wali. Bercerita tentang sekelompok anak pesantren la tansa yang bersahabat, adalah faank, apoy, tomi, dan ovie. Tidak hanya bersahabat, mereka juga bermain bersama karena kebetulan pesantren mereka tidak pernah melarang mereka untuk bermusik. Setelah lama bermain musik bersama, akhirnya mereka membentuk grup musik. Meski belajar dan tinggal di lingkungan pesantren, aktivitas bermusik mereka tidak pernah dibatasi. Pesantren la tansa memang memiliki peraturan yang sangat ketat. Salah satunya adalah berkomunikasi dalam bahasa arab dan inggris di dalam lingkungan pesantren. Meskipun begitu, pesantren la tansa adalah pesantren yang modern dan demokratis. Di pesantren ini, dakwah bisa dilakukan dengan banyak cara.

 Tidak hanya bercerita tentang persahabatan dan musik. Baik-baik sayang juga dibumbui oleh kisah cinta faank dan westi (intan nuraini) yang penuh dengan liku. Hubungan keduanya tidak direstui oleh orangtua westi. Tidak berhenti sampai disitu. Orangtua faank juga melarangnya untuk bermusik. Jadilah faank merasa bahwa hidupnya penuh dengan kekangan. Ia jadi tidak bisa mengekspresikan cintanya pada musik dan juga westi karena. Meski tidak direstui, faank tetap nekat. Ia mengajak westi untuk menjalin hubungan secara backstreet. Karena mereka menjalin hubungan tanpa restu, berbagai cobaan pun datang mendera keduanya.

 Suatu hari westi mengalami kecelakaan yang membuatnya harus lumpuh. Kesetiaan faank pun diuji saat mengetahui kekasihnya lumpuh. Apalagi sejak kehadiran kedua santri cantik, azizah (arumi) dan nurul (sulis), kesetiaan cinta faank benar-benar diuji. Sementara itu, westi akan dijodohkan dengan bagas (dennis adhiswara) seorang pria dari keluarga berada. Tomi, sahabat faank, tidak tega melihat kondisi sahabatnya yang memprihatinkan sejak terpisah dari westi. Tomi pun berusaha menjodohkan faank dengan santri wanita. Selain menceritakan tentang faank yang menjadi tokoh sentral, tidak ketinggalan baik-baik sayang mengisahkan tentang apoy yang paling dewasa, yang tetap bisa cemburu saat melihat keakraban azizah dan faank. Dan terakhir, ovie yang pendiam namun kreatif selalu mampu menggagalkan usaha hamzah (cecep reza) yang terus memprovokasi faank dan teman-teman agar terpecah-belah.
